Jack is one today. Happy Birthday Jack!
He enjoyed a birthday "cupcake." I think he appreciated the frosting much more than the cupcake, however.

Roughly translated, "el rancho pescado" means "the fish ranch" in Spanish. "The Fish Ranch" refers to our house, which is a red-brick, "ranch-style" home in central Phoenix. When we moved in, the house had two ponds, both of which contained fish. Thus, the new pad was christened: "Rancho Pescado." This is its virtual existence.
